mortgage banker (lender), who has been in the industry for 20
yrs. The benefit to you is, we can avoid being tied up in
escrow, due to a buyer who is not really qualified to purchase.
Since Mike is a lender, he can use his expertise to inform us
that we have a deal or not by a quick review. When we submit an
offer, rest assured it is more likely than not going to be
accepted, due to the fact that our Broker is a lender. If escrow
needs to close fast, Mike can usually get a deal funded in less
than two weeks.
Our company has been highly respected in the community by
offering professional services to all of our customers. We are a

as well. Our company does local food drives and donates a
portion of our commissions to churches or charity’s of your
